Are your staff trained and insured?

Yes, all our team members are trained, hold relevant Working with Children Checks, and our business is fully insured for public liability.

Do you cater to additional needs?

Fairy Circle is dedicated to accommodating the diverse and unique needs of each child/teen/adult. As sensory needs often differ between individuals, Fairy Circle likes to communicate and identify how to best support your event. After establishing individual needs, Fairy Circle will select and adapt games and activities to ensure the involvement and engagement of all.

What age group do you cater to?

Each of our programs is thoughtfully tailored to suit your specific event. We carefully select games and activities from our wide collection to best match the age group and setting. For example, with older children, we might incorporate more advanced craft projects and engaging games that encourage teamwork and problem-solving.

What if I have more children attending than I originally planned?

That is not a problem at all! Contact our admin team as soon as you can, and they will discuss any alterations that may need to be made to your original booking.

Do you provide birthday food or cake?

We currently do not provide food or cakes, but we’re happy to coordinate the timing of activities to fit your catering plans.

What areas do you service?

We’re based in Forrestfield and happily travel to surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service zone, but please don’t hesitate to reach out—even if you think your event might be too far. We're always happy to discuss options!

Can you run parties at my home or a hired venue?

Absolutely! We can run parties at private homes, community halls, or hired venues—anywhere with enough space for our activities.

What if the weather is bad for an outdoor event?

We recommend having a backup indoor option for outdoor parties. Please contact us to discuss alternatives in case of bad weather.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 1–2 weeks prior are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

For cancellations within 1 week of the event, the deposit is non-refundable; however, 50% of the deposit will be held as a credit for 12 months and can be applied to any future booking with Fairy Circle.
