~ BEFORE YOU BOOK ~

GIFTS: Every package (except Face Painting) includes a gift for the host or birthday child. Additional gifts can be arranged for an extra cost—just let us know in advance so we have time to prepare and make these gifts. For corporate events, Gifts can also be removed.

GROUP SIZE: For groups of more than 10 children, with a maximum of 15 participants, Fairy Circle provides two entertainers. Larger groups can be accommodated for an additional cost per child. Please let us know ahead of time if numbers change so we can prepare.

THEMES: We offer a wide range of themes! If you don’t see the one you want or would like to combine themes, just get in touch and share your ideas. Additional time and resources may be needed to bring your vision to life.

TRAVEL: Fairy Circle offers a 15km charge-free travel radius from our Mt Nasura location. Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees.

Any additions or changes to your package may incur extra fees. These will always be discussed with you before your booking is confirmed. Please review our Terms and Conditions and contact us as early as possible to discuss any options or adjustments.
