Fairy Circle and our entertainer/s shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of property at an event.

By paying the deposit, it is assured that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Fairy Circle only uses professional products that are FDA approved, including TAG, Diamond FX, and Fusion. Although these products are all skin safe, there are no guarantees, and we encourage those with allergies to look up ingredients on the product website or advise us to do a patch test.
Please do not sleep in our face paint, as this may irritate the skin.
Surprise additional guests at the event who require face painting will incur an additional fee of $5.00/face.
Please note, Fairy Circle follows specific health and safety protocols for all and therefore will be unable to paint any child/adult who is sick or has any skin issues/open wounds. We may be able to adapt and paint on their arm, but this is at the artist’s discretion.
Please clean your child’s face of food or dirt before putting them in the chair - we will happily offer a wet wipe for you.
We DO NOT paint infants/children who cannot hold themselves up for safety reasons.
We DO NOT paint distressed children. Fairy Circle wants each experience to be positive.

If entertainers are required to stay longer than 15 minutes over the booked time, this may incur a further fee.
Fairy Circle allows 15 minutes before and after the booked time slot to set up and pack down. We ask that you respect our time as it is common for us to have multiple events in one day. We do not wish to offend clients, but as our schedules are carefully planned to include cleaning and travel time, a customer asking for a ‘last minute face paint’ will unfortunately have to be refused.
When selecting a package, please note that it can take up to 5 minutes to paint a design, depending on the design complexity and child age. Our face painter averages around 15 faces per hour so please calculate the time required to paint your guests.

Fairy Circle loves to take photos of our work and events to use for promotional purposes and social media marketing. By confirming this booking, you are agreeing to allow us to use these pictures on our social media.
If you DO NOT consent to photography or have children in attendance that cannot be photographed for legal reasons, please advise us prior to the event.

Our entertainers deserve a safe environment to work in. We ask that you provide a sheltered area to protect from the weather or an alternative space for extreme weather. Our costumes and products cannot withstand the rain or extreme heat and can become damaged in these situations. No one likes melted face paint!
If an appropriate/safe space is not provided for our entertainers, the entertainer may be required to leave early.
Maintaining a safe environment also means that inappropriate or offensive behaviour by children, parents, event guests, or members of the public will not be tolerated.

We require that parking be provided or reimbursed by the client (post-event). Please consider having a spot set aside for your entertainer, as they will likely be carrying equipment. Having a spot set aside will ensure your event starts on time!

Exceeding the maximum number of children can impact group engagement and limit our ability to complete games and craft activities.
Please consult our admin team regarding any additional children before the event to allow for necessary adjustments and further discussion.

Staff may require access to power for craft activities, please ensure that this is provided (especially at outdoor locations).

Please ensure that you have provided Fairy Circle with your phone number and have your phone handy on the day of the event! Fairy Circle will not be responsible for any changes to the timing/structure of your event if this is not made possible.
